Claude finds the jobs. RoleLever makes the calls.
Connect RoleLever to Claude and the loop runs in conversation — save a posting, score the fit, tailor the résumé, start prep, log the application. Claude does the finding and reading. Every judgement stays with RoleLever.

Voice interviews can’t run over the connection. Those tools return a link to open the app.
Why the split matters
Claude is genuinely good at finding postings and reading them closely. It is not the right thing to ask “am I a fit,” because the generous answer is always available and always tempting. So RoleLever keeps the judgement calls: whether your experience supports the role, what a truthful résumé says, and what your prep should drill. Claude reports what it’s told.
This is not an interview copilot
Voice interviews don’t run through the connection — the tools hand back a link and you open the app and talk. That remains the one thing we won’t build.
A refusal is a result, not an error
If the tailor declines, Claude tells you it declined and why. It won’t reword its way around that, and it shouldn’t offer to.
Illustrative exchange, not a real session.
Eleven tools, in the order a search actually goes
Save a job with its posting text, score the fit, tailor a résumé (and poll it — it’s the expensive step), start prep once the résumé’s gaps are known, then log that you applied, update the application as it moves, list them, ask what the pipeline looks like, and ask what’s still missing for a job you’ve already tailored for.

applications:read
Read your applications, pipeline and prep progress.
applications:write
Save jobs, update statuses and start interview prep.
resume:tailor
Score job fit and tailor your résumé. This is the one that runs the models — capped at 25 tailors a day — so we list it separately rather than bundling it into “write” and hoping you don’t notice.
Give Claude the posting. Get an honest read.
