By creating an account or using RoleLever (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You're responsible for your account, your credentials, and activity under your account, and for providing accurate information.
RoleLever provides AI-conducted practice interviews, AI-generated reports, and an optional opt-in feature to make a vetted profile discoverable to recruiters. Features may change.
Interviews and reports are produced by automated AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. They are for practice and self-improvement only, are not career, legal, hiring, or professional advice, and are not a guarantee of any job outcome. You are responsible for what you say during an interview; do not share others' personal data or unlawful content.
With your consent, RoleLever records the audio of your interview to generate your transcript and report and, where you enable it, to support a verification badge. If you leave your camera on, it also records video of the interview so you can review your own delivery afterwards; you are told before the interview starts, you can start without video, and you can turn the camera off at any point during it. Your video is private to you, is never shared with recruiters, and is not used to score you — see the Privacy Policy, section 5. You confirm you are the person taking the interview and have the right to be recorded. You can withdraw consent and delete recordings as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not record other people without their consent.
You agree to complete interviews yourself and not to misrepresent your identity, impersonate others, use another person or unauthorized assistance to take an interview on your behalf, or otherwise game the assessment. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service and invalidate badges obtained dishonestly.
If you access the Service as a recruiter, you may only use candidate data made available to you for legitimate recruiting evaluation, in compliance with applicable employment, anti-discrimination, and data-protection laws (including any required bias audits or candidate notices). Keep candidate data confidential, do not re-share it, and do not make unlawful automated employment decisions. Access is logged.
Don't break the law; infringe IP or privacy; access others' data; reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service; upload malware; or use the Service to build a competing dataset. We may rate-limit or suspend abusive use.
We and our licensors own the Service. The underlying Dograh platform is used under the BSD 2-Clause license. You retain rights to content you submit and grant us a license to process it to provide the Service as described in the Privacy Policy.
RoleLever offers a free plan and paid plans (currently Pro, Premium, and Ultra). Current prices, monthly interview-minute allowances, per-interview lengths, and features are shown on our pricing page.
Usage limits. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of interview minutes and a maximum length per individual interview. Your monthly allowance resets at the start of each calendar month (UTC); unused minutes do not carry over. When you reach your monthly allowance, you won't be able to start a new interview until the allowance resets or you upgrade to a plan with a higher allowance. We may also apply reasonable rate limits to prevent abuse (see Acceptable use).
Billing & refunds. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the current paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and partial periods and unused minutes are not refunded. We may change prices, plan allowances, or plan features with advance notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoleLever is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any hiring or career outcome, and total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months or USD $100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You can stop using the Service and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the laws of the province in which RoleLever operates, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for any dispute, except that nothing in this section removes any right you may have, under mandatory consumer-protection law, to bring proceedings in the country where you live.
We may update these Terms; continued use after the effective date of changes means you accept them.
