How consistent is the scoring?

Do I need a credit card to start?

How many interviews do I get?

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of interview minutes — Free 10, Pro 120, Premium 320, Ultra 1,000 — plus a limit on how long a single interview can run. Your minutes reset on the 1st of each month and unused minutes do not roll over; when you run out you can upgrade for more or wait for the reset.

Can I cancel anytime, and what happens to my data?

Yes. Paid plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime from billing settings; you keep access until the end of the period. Your interviews and reports stay in your account, and you can delete any recording or your whole account whenever you like.
